Discipline
At St. Francis School, we believe that
discipline is the
foundation of learning and character formation. Guided by the values of our patron, St.
Francis of Assisi, discipline is not seen as mere enforcement of rules but as a way of nurturing
self-control, respect, and responsibility among our students.
We expect every student to uphold the values of
honesty,
punctuality, courtesy, and cooperation in their daily conduct. Discipline in the
classroom, playground, and beyond ensures that each child grows into a person of integrity and
respect.
Our discipline policy emphasizes:
- • Respect for teachers, peers, and all members of the school community
- • Regular attendance and punctuality
-
• Neatness in uniform and personal presentation
-
• Responsible use of school property and resources
-
• Commitment to academic honesty and sincerity in studies
Through firm yet caring guidance, we strive to create an environment where students understand the
value of discipline in achieving success and becoming responsible citizens. We believe that
true freedom is found in self-discipline , which enables our
students to excel academically, grow spiritually, and contribute positively to society.
